SCORE stands for Salvage Cryotherapy Registry Evaluation

The purpose of the SCORE Study is to treat and collect data from approximately 800 men who:

1. have had a recurrence of prostate cancer after initial treatment with radiation therapy (radiation failure)
2. have elected salvage cryotherapy as part of a curative approach to tackling prostate cancer recurrence

Data collected as part of the SCORE Study will benefit men with prostate cancer and doctors who treat prostate cancer. This data will be the subject of future medical lectures, publications and may influence the future of prostate cancer care.

Participation in the SCORE Study is voluntary and all personal information will be kept completely confidential.
